Hot Stuff on Shore Leave is a queer vacation module for one player full of hot sauce and hookups for the Mothership Sci-Fi Horror RPG.

The setting of Hot Stuff on Shore Leave is Port Taxico. Part island resort destination, part hot sauce manufacturing plant, the island has some of the most renowned sunsets due to its spicy industrial smog. Each year, millions take time away from their oppressive jobs to enjoy warmer days in the sun and hotter nights on the strip.

A note from the creator watt: 

In Hot Stuff on Shore Leave, I invite players to imagine how queer people might survive the silence of space. How would space truckers blow off steam between being eaten by alien horrors? How would weirdos survive the hellishly corporate reality of the Mothership RPG?  

I think I always read Alien's protagonist Ripley as a queer character. In Hot Stuff on Shore Leave, I tried to create a game where Mothership's teamsters, marines, androids, and scientists could relax. Where Ripley could have lunch with a friend and a date after that. 

There are a dozen fantastic first and third-party adventure modules for the Mothership RPG. In Hot Stuff on Shore Leave, I want to give players time to explore the depths of their PCs (player characters) between adventures. The zine is a dreamy, introspective, journaling game where gender, sexuality, and trauma can be safely explored.
